Establishes and nurtures relationships with current and potential clients to ascertain their requirements and apprise them of capabilities. Works, coordinates and exchanges information and leads with business development staff and managers and other personnel. Responsible for monthly and quarterly business development metrics and tracking system. Works closely with capture managers to develop winning proposals based upon well executed business plans and winning partnerships with similar and or complementary companies.
