This position's main responsibilities include, but are not limited to, directing all aspects of the Member Service Center (MSC) including planning, implementation, staff training and management, achievement of member/customer service and sales performance/revenue metrics, systems and data management, and seamless integration and management of Membership and Salable opportunities in support of MRM strategy to create and sustain member/customer centric service.
