Supervises, leads, guides, and supports the senior mangers within: Special Projects, Acquisition & New Markets, DM Operations, Renewals, Constituent Services, and Premier Relationships. Direct department in executing direct marketing programs based on plan; review and approve all solicitations. Negotiate agreements and direct activities of outside direct marketing agency(s). Research and initiate new strategies for business growth and development.
