Manage the book publishing function for all of our trade and educational publications. Lead all production operations to ensure that all publications and collateral are produced timely, effectively, and at a high level of quality. Focus on developing staff and setting goals and expectations. Ensure that staff have the support and tools necessary to achieve their goals, and that staff work collaboratively with all sponsors to meet their publishing needs.
