The Director will serve as a member of the MACEPA Leadership Team, oversee the MACEPA Advocacy and Communications team, and collaborate with staff across the MACEPA program sites. Develop and implement a system to monitor, evaluate, and strengthen MACEPA advocacy initiatives. Provide content expertise and dotted-line supervision to Africa-based advocacy staff. Oversee management of media activities such as cultivating media contacts, fielding media inquiries, developing calendar of key events, and pursuing story and op-ed ideas.
