The Development Director is responsible for all aspects of fundraising including: establishing fundraising procedures within the USDC office; capital campaign leadership development; implementing major gift strategies for individual, corporate and foundation support; seeking foundation support for exhibit, education and outreach programs; establishing and coordinating tracking and reporting systems; staff training; and long and short term campaign planning.
