Design, manage, and monitor all activities of a diversified fundraising operation, including the day-to-day functioning of the department, implement overall development plans and budgets and oversee effective maintenance of all development office systems and procedures. Serve as a member of the Management Team. Create fundraising strategies and develop annual and long-term income goals for the organization in consultation with the Executive Director and Board.
