Manage the Sport Design team, partner with other Lifestyle and/or Sport Design Directors (Footwear and Apparel) and assist the Head of Apparel Design VP as needed.Present team's designs to Senior Management and other key partners in the Product Creation Process. Supervise the design work of the Senior Designers, Designers and Associate Designers on the team in accordance with the specific product brief and line plans.
