The Deputy Director's principle role will be operational, improving editorial quality and processes. In order to keep pace with the rapidly growing editorial output, the new hire will track proposals, contracts and projects. In addition, the Deputy Director will monitor the cost of each project, as well as making sure they are completed on time.
