He/she possesses an extensive background in interactive and 3D media, and holds an advanced degree in art or design. The CD is a talented creative who can transfer his or her ideas, skills and methodologies to others. The CD is responsible for the creative execution of every company project, and in conjunction with the Vice President of Production directs the work of the interactive and 3D teams. As the creative leader within our organization, the CD guides projects through every stage of production, from initial concepts to project completion, and takes full creative responsibility.
