To define the country strategy and to contribute to the definition of the High Growth Markets and company strategy. To plan, budget and develop objectives in terms of GEV, card issuance, market share and revenues in his/her countries. To develop and execute Regional Accounts Strategy in his/her country. To ensure delivery of the targets in close co-operation with the Head of Region and Regional Accounts managers. To monitor and review performance against objectives and follow up on corrective actions if needed.
