The director, competitive intelligence's primary role is to systematically collect, synthesize, report and present fact-based competitive intelligence insights to support decision-making and product development. This position is expected to be a thought leader in both the competitive intelligence function and our competitors. The director, competitive intelligence will work directly with internal stakeholders to identify and scope key intelligence topics, collect and synthesize information and develop competitive insights to drive decision-making.
