Have a clear and current understanding of the Corporation's business strategies & objectives. Have an adequate understanding of the technical aspects of the Corporation's business as may be required to effectively engage constituents. Proactively identify community engagement opportunities and stakeholder issues and communicate them in a timely and clear fashion to the Corporation so they may be managed effectively.
