Job Description:
Build a strong, results-oriented CX team.
Coordinate the ongoing implementation of the enhanced reputation and social performance campaign - Alaska First.
Ensure work is quickly matured in the areas of stakeholder management, media relations and social performance.
Manage all internal and external communications to ensure consistency of message and correct stakeholder targeting of communications, to ensure position is understood among key stakeholders.
Manage the CX Budget.
