Job Description:
Effectively manage more strategic client relationships. Participates in the development and implementation programs and strategies designed to profitably grow Commercial Card portfolios and maximize contribution to economic profit. Provides technical, operations and product support of Commercial Card program administration, for current and prospective Global Payments & Cash Management (GPCM) clients. Serves as liaison among clients, sales and relationship management personnel and support areas to ensure product quality and customer satisfaction.
