You will act as the liaison between the Offering teams and the Client Relationship teams by providing offering (product) related information, education and guidance to senior client or HR Services management, shares knowledge across organizational boundaries and acts as a role model within HR Services. You will also act as the marketing liaison to support the Client Relationship group to increase client satisfaction as well as identify and leverage opportunities to showcase Fidelity HRS through client participation such as speaking engagements and case studies.
