The Chief Client Officer group is responsible for all external client relationships as well as the management of internal projects. The Chief Client Officer builds the business by 1) driving strategy both ongoing and during annual planning, 2) aiding with high-level client relationships, 3) improving operational excellence in the account group, and 4) growing the new client base through responses to RFPs. The Chief Client Officer owns the company's topline revenue goals as well as company-wide PMI.
