The new VP of Business Development will be the first person in the organization dedicated to the Licensing and BD function. You will have the opportunity to build an in-licensing program that will develop and market novel branded pharmaceutical compounds. Specific duties include identifying and evaluating technologies of strategic interest in both domestic and international markets, and negotiating agreements. The majority of work will be on the "buy" side of the deals you construct, although opportunities also exist for out-licensing, joint ventures and M&A's.
