The Associate Creative Director articulates and advances the key values that underpin the strategic design of client accounts. The ACD is a strong communicator with high understanding of design trends, marketing principals, cultural issues, technologies and opportunities in online communication. The ACD is responsible for the collaboration, quality and effectiveness of the Creative Team and makes recommendations in regards to assigning Art Directors and Designers to project teams. The ACD reports to the Creative Director.
