The Assistant General Manager, Product Management - Platforms Group analyzes industry/market trends as well as customer requirements for the telephony platform market, understands the technologies and products available and how to utilize them to meet the business needs of our customers. The incumbent understands what our competitors are doing in the market space and determines the need for new/enhanced telephony platforms.
