Your mission will be to find solutions to new & unique problems with analyses that will help us find ways to maximize customer value. This will mean youll have your knuckles deep into data mining, segmentation and predictive churn modeling to provide insights on customers and their behavior. You will also work closely with our Offer, Mobile Data Services and Retail teams to provide support for business case analyses and churn forecasting. Your core focus will be to help us continuously improve our ability to get to know our customers.
