The Account Director is the most senior level volunteer, overseeing a team of 4 -5 professionals. The Account Director ensures that the grantee client is ready to begin a project, negotiates project issues that the team's project manager cannot resolve, pre-sells deliverables, coaches the Taproot Foundation staff on possible internal political challenges, and ensures that the client is both upholding their responsibilities and ultimately pleased with the project.
