The Sr. Brand Manager should be a competent professional able to grasp consumer behavior trends and generate creative ideas. The candidate should be well-versed in specialized marketing concepts, principles and tactics across all areas / disciplines of Marketing.
Leads and/or oversees day to day management of brand activity including forecasting; budget tracking; shipment and consumption analysis; marketing plan execution and program tracking; manages the business against operating plans and budgets.
Help develop brand and sub-brand plans to support sustainable, profitable growth and achieve company goals; drive innovation in all fields of product creation, from packaging selection to formula approvals and artworks.
The Senior Brand Manager is responsible for knowing the client's business and educating the team on what makes them successful; this person is also responsible for managing both client and team profitability.
Manage the development and implementation of key customer focused strategies for the brands including personal and non-personal tactics, and provide overall agency management for the respective channels of promotion.
Lead development of long term brand strategy and annual brand marketing plans including business objectives, consumer and channel strategies, and translation of strategies to the consumer through all elements of the marketing mix.
Meet with new manufacturers regularly to identify new sourcing and product opportunities; develop key relationships with customers for feedback on our product lines and to learn about the competitive environment.
Understand the industry competitive environment, including marketing programs of competitors; review work based on proper product mentions, client mandatories, brand standards, production specs, legal requirements or other details.
