Microsoft is investing in this space and is committed to grow the market. Partners are a key pillar of our long term strategy; they are vital in our efforts to grow, to compete and to scale sales efforts.

- Building joint value proposition for end-customers and translating it into joint go-to- market plans and/or partner business plans
- Landing the joint go-to-market & sales plans with the help of a v-team (EPG alliance teams, DPE, subsidiary BMO & product managers, engineering and incubation sales and partner roles)
- Guiding field resources and PAMs for execution and enablement
