Ideal candidate would be a proven social media marketing (twitter, facebook..) with superior experience in digital PR, driving buzz, and building sustainable communities.

KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Is the lead Social Media Professional for Sears Holdings, Sears and Kmart formats and Brands across all forms of Social Media. 2. Leads the search and development of Social Media Marketing projects to drive engagement & traffic to the Sears Holdings suite of websites.3. Studies the competitions use of Social Media marketing and applies those learnings to marketing plans and engagement tactics.4. Directs Social Media Marketing planning in a test and learn culture to positively impact future results. Leads company-wide strategic initiatives to test and potentially implement new ideas and generate additional revenue for the company through Social Media marketing related projects. 5. Ensures that there is a strategic connection between all Marketing channel and plans to deliver cohesive customer connections 6. Provides strategic direction to all Marketing associates in relation to the opportunities and impacts of Social Media in the Marketing process. 7. Manages the Social Media Marketing spend and ensures it is accurate versus the Monthly Forecast and Annual Budget with Accounting.8. Will study the operational effectiveness of his/her team and improve & tune-up processes. 9. Educates the marketing organization and key partners on Social Media Marketing trends.REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS Strong personal and professional experience in emerging media content and online blogger and community engagement - An understanding of integrated marketing and traditional public relations and what drives compelling experiences on the Web - Ability to translate trends, technologies and metrics into conversational English Experienced client and C-suite counselor, relationship manager and account manager - Act as a counselor on development and implementation of emerging media and community engagement initiatives - Ability to develop and activate strategic recommendations and program tactics - Flexibility to be a hands-on team player adding value, creating strategies, programs and instructional guidance to all levels and teams - Exceptional at building and presenting concepts/programs for clients and new business opportunities Strong project management skills Ability to mobilize, supervise and motivate teams - Comfortable with highly visible, multitasking assignments - Minimum 6 years relevant experience with 3-5 years in the interactive space.
