As Senior Manager of Online Marketing, you will be charged with directing and managing the strategy and vision for all online acquisitions and achieving aggressive acquisition objectives at a profitable rate.
Clearly understanding the key principles of online acquisition, performance-based and direct response marketing as well as CPM/CPC/CPA strategies, you will establish and employ various online marketing tactics and offer development to drive new customer growth across all online direct response channels, including display advertising, search (natural & paid), email, contextual, social media and viral marketing. Key strategic focus includes the development and implementation of online campaigns with specific attention aimed at generating leads, ensuring conversion of traffic to online sales (and related success factors), building the registered user database and overall effectiveness of online advertising and marketing efforts.
Additional responsibilities include the identification, development and evaluation of new and different distribution outlets used to effectively reach new consumers (while being conscious of a positive return metric).
