As Senior Manager of Online Marketing, you will be charged with directing and managing the strategy and vision for all online acquisitions and achieving aggressive acquisition objectives at a profitable rate.


 


Clearly understanding the key principles of online acquisition, performance-based and direct response marketing as well as CPM/CPC/CPA strategies,  you will establish and employ various online marketing tactics and offer development to drive new customer growth across all online direct response channels, including  display advertising, search (natural & paid), email, contextual, social media and viral marketing. Key strategic focus includes the development and implementation of online campaigns with specific attention aimed at generating leads, ensuring conversion of traffic to online sales (and related success factors), building the registered user database and overall effectiveness of online advertising and marketing efforts.


 


Additional responsibilities include the identification, development and evaluation of new and different distribution outlets used to effectively reach new consumers (while being conscious of a positive return metric).   



  • Responsible for the development and execution of online direct marketing strategy which includes exploring and testing new online channels to generate leads and registered users while meeting aggressive volume & cost-per-acquisition targets

  • Keep pace with emerging online trends to increase effectiveness of marketing and advertising programs.

  • Develop budget and marketing plans for multiple initiatives to drive customer acquisition, engagement, monetization and retention

  • Identify additional areas of opportunity and define test and learn plans

  • Conduct competitive landscape reviews to delineate strategic direction of online acquisition campaign

  • Work with marketing team & internal partners to deploy lead generation campaigns across multiple media sources

  • Manage cross-functional teams to ensure seamless program execution

  • Identify acquisition sources with high LTV

  • Own measurement, reporting & forecasting of lead generation activities

  • Conduct landing page conversion optimization


Requirements:



  • 4-7 years of direct-to-consumer online marketing, ideally with experience in the creation, implementation and measurement of offer development and acquisition marketing across a variety of online channels, including natural/paid search, display, email, social media, viral and CPM/CPC/CPA performance-based marketing

  • Hands on experience with campaign management as well as deployment and tracking of campaign metrics

  • Highly-analytical, problem-solver and creative thinker

  • Ability and willingness to roll-up sleeves and juggle multiple projects simultaneously

  • Experience managing complete conversion funnel from lead generation to revenue creation

  • Familiarity in the development, testing and analysis of various online acquisition strategies and tactics, gaining sound insights and implications for analyses that result in actionable steps delivering against ROI targets.

  • Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills
