JOB DESCRIPTION
General Summary:
Responsible for managing all facets of telemarketing programs.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
? Evaluates and recommends internal and external telemarketing resources for both in-bound/outbound direct marketing programs.
? Supervises external telemarketing resources and manages all facets of relationship, program support, training, process, systems, reporting, and performance/ROI tracking.
? Works closely with Field Market Managers to integrate outsourced telemarketing resources with direct sales telemarketing blitzes, tracking, and reporting efforts.
? Integrates inbound/outbound TM channel into multi-touch campaigns with direct mail/email, advertising, and web marketing to maximize sales, lead generation, and appointment setting.
? Defines list segmentation criteria and filters to maximize response/appointment rates with target market. This will also require working with other marketing managers and database stakeholders in creating systematic approach to updating systems and prospect database.
? Serve as liaison with TM firm and XO departments in identifying CRM, Opportunity, Customer Care handoffs and reporting interfaces and ensuring that they are functioning properly.
? Ensures that Siebel/Linx system is updated by direct sales channel with sales and pipeline activities associated with telemarketing/telesales programs results.
? Responsible for analyzing telemarketing tracking, survey completions, and weekly reports to find opportunities for improvement.
? Assists in integrating telemarketing resources into Web based demand creation activities to improve customer experience, operational efficiency and back-end integration into XO lead, CRM, and order processing systems.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
? Well organized with demonstrated program/project management skills.
? High energy self-starter experienced in leading teams in a matrix management environment.
? Experience developing and managing budgets ranging from $10,000-$1mm+.
? Strong analytical & computer skills with Microsoft Office and Access expertise.
? Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
Minimum Qualifications:
? Education: Bachelors degree in marketing or related fields. MBA is a plus.
? Relevant Work Experience:
? Minimum 3-5 years experience working in B2B direct marketing and telemarketing with up to 10 years overall marketing experience.
? Experienced in managing telemarketing vendor and understanding of best practices for b2b lead qualification.
? Experienced in list selection, analysis, segmentation and working with list brokers.
