The team is delivering exciting new products and services such as voice solutions, audio/video conferencing, voice mail, email and instant messaging, and innovative devices and peripherals.

The UC Marketing Team is looking for an experienced product manager to work closely with our Voice field organization and partners to drive enterprise-wide deployments of Voice technology for our Lighthouse customers. The Unified Communications Lighthouse program is a world-wide and strategically important program for establishing Microsoft’s credibility in the UC space. This is an exciting and challenging position within Microsoft with significant exposure to the fast growing Voice and Unified Communications market. You will have the opportunity to work closely with the Microsoft field organization and Microsoft partners as well as across the UC marketing team to drive both short-term and long-term business objectives.

In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Market research with existing Lighthouse customers to understand deployment blockers
- Capturing deployment experiences, best practices and planning guidelines
- Understand and support resolution of deployment issues presented by field and partners
- Developing Voice deployment guidance and methodologies for enterprise deployments
- Working with Partner team to drive awareness of deployment resources to Microsoft field and partners
- Working with Microsoft Voice Global Practice team to build deployment skill and scale
- Creating new Microsoft services offers and tracking services offer performance in the market
- Providing regular communications and win reporting to educate UC leadership team

- Strong leadership skills and the ability to work in a dynamic environment
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver them on-time and on-strategy
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Understanding of the systems integration and software deployment lifecycle process
- Understanding of the enterprise software sales process
- Understanding of the telecommunications industry; Voice Over IP market experience preferred
- Minimum of 5-10 years of enterprise software or information technology consulting industry experience
- Bachelors degree required, MBA or equivalent experience preferred
