Key Role:
Develop teaming and strategy solutions for firm-designated critical business opportunities. Work closely with senior capture and proposal leadership to provide teaming strategy, intelligence, and recommendations. Provide key advice and counsel on subcontract issues related to proposal development, teammate composition, pricing strategy, and risk mitigation. Leverage federal budget, industry, and technical sources to support strategic planning, capture, and proposal efforts. Develop analysis and content for strategy presentations, market business plans, competitive assessments for both internal and external customers, proposal materials, management, cost, and technical volumes, and color team briefings.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications: -8+ years of experience with federal market intelligence -Experience with the Federal Procurement Data System (FPDS) -Experience with capture and proposal efforts and business development -Experience with client-staff -BA or BS degree Additional Qualifications: -Possession of excellent research and analysis skills -Possession of excellent senior-level oral and written communication skills -MA or MS degree
