We are looking for a strong and experienced Sr. Product Manager to drive the creation, adoption, and use of better BI/analytic capabilities across Bing Mobile.
The Senior Product Manager will be responsible for:
Gathering and managing BI business requirements, authoring requirements documents and defining clear and measureable impacts to platform features.
Synthesizing large amounts of information into product and business recommendations demonstrating value/benefit; presenting and defending recommendations to a variety of audiences, such as executives, business leads, program managers, and developers.
Publishing and articulating a regular product roadmap including vision and strategy, updating quarterly based on business performance, industry trends and business unit feedback.
Working closely across engineering teams to ensure BI capabilities are well planned and executed, and delivered to stakeholders in an effective manner.
Developing strong relationships with Business Groups in support of business objectives. Rationalizing the landscape of BI/CI capabilities, reports, etc. to ensure that the most critical business needs are met, while keeping duplication of effort low.
Launching new BI/CI capabilities to end business users and partners
Understanding end user behavior, technology trends, and market dynamics in order to create better products and increase product adoption, influence and impact.

The successful candidate will be:

Experienced with working across multiple engineering and business teams simultaneously.
Analytical with the ability to persuade both within the team and with other stakeholders.
A self-starter capable of building virtual teams and charting new product strategies.
Experienced with BI technologies and web analytics with a strong business background.
Passionate about driving business results with data.
The ideal candidate will have 8-10 years in Product Planning or Product Management for technology products. An MBA or equivalent Masters level degree is a plus. Mobile experience a plus. This position requires relocation to Redmond, WA.
