We are looking for a top candidate with excellent industry track record in Internet Advertising and/or Mobile Advertising for driving the Product Marketing efforts for Emerging Mobile Advertising Solutions at Microsoft. Direct experience in driving product marketing for internet/mobile advertising products is a requirement for this position. The candidate should have excellent track record in collaborating with sales, product management and partner teams in creating innovative ad solutions for advertisers/agencies customers, and successfully launching them in the marketplace.

The candidate should also have an ability to collaborate effectively with team members across multiple groups, passion & high energy levels to work at a fast pace & innovate in a fast evolving space, excellent communication skills, and attention to detail. Responsibilities:
Define and launch innovative industry-leading mobile advertising solutions.
Collaborate with product planning to drive the vision for areas of innovation in mobile advertising
Develop and launch innovative mobile advertising solutions in the marketplace to drive revenue for mobile advertising
Establish yourself as the respected point person and authority on mobile advertising dynamics, future innovations, and monetization. Assess key drivers of growth and competition and communicate implications for products, advertisers, and revenue
Understand advertiser adoption roadblocks and address them via both product and marketing solutions
Institute processes and programs for rapid market experimentation and trial within the most appropriate market segments
Own beta and early adopter relationships and success with key customers and partners.
Quantify business value and customer ROI for targeted solutions
Integrate mobile product marketing strategy, tactics, and products with property teams to drive mobile ad solutions
Create vertical specific innovative mobile ad solutions and strategies
Evangelize the product capabilities to internal & external stakeholders, including sales team members, strategic partners and customers
Develop GTM strategy for mobile advertising products - including product positioning & collateral, sales education and tools, and customer awareness and consideration programs - and drive product launches in partnership with appropriate internal organizations and external partners
Qualifications:
5-9 years in a product marketing role with hands-on experience driving product definition and go to market strategy preferably across diverse international markets.
Direct experience in driving product marketing strategy and solutions for online and/or mobile advertising
Experience launching innovative ad products to ad agencies and advertisers
Resourceful self-starter with a track-record of driving action and results by working with product & marketing partners across the organization and the advertising ecosystem
Excellent communication and presentation skills
High motivation and entrepreneurial work ethic required to make Microsoft both the thought leader and the execution leader in mobile advertising
Bachelor’s degree from top school required, MBA strongly preferred
