JOB DESCRIPTION

Director Lead Generation
 
Working closely with Sales and  Marketing Teams world-wide, the Director of Lead Generation is a leader who can develop the strategy for lead generation- on-line marketing .  Ensures that leads are created and nurtured for all of the company’s products and services, enabling the field sales organization to fill their pipelines and meet revenue targets. This person should have a wide range of skills to work independently to produce highly effective lead generation campaigns.  
 
 
Responsibilities:
 
•    Define the strategy and implement a measurable, repeatable, automated process for lead nurturing and qualification.
•    Deploy on-line campaigns to nurture leads.
•    Work with sales world-wide leadership to drive, measure and optimize lead-acquisition to opportunity-close life cycle.
•    Accountable for overall lead flow quantity and quality resulting in overall company revenue.
•    Monitor and track corporate metrics and report to the executive team.
•    Manage the Company’s sales automation and demand generation systems.
•    Work with Product Marketing to define content to drive nurturing activities
•    Work with Field Marketing to define activities/events to drive.
•    Manage development of monthly e-newsletters and email blasts to drive lead flow and on-line revenue.
•    Deploy email, banner ads, and nurture campaigns via Eloqua.
•    Create and implement all Google AdWords and Yahoo Search campaigns and related landing pages.
•    Monitor Google Analytics and natural search results for Search Engine Optimization.
•    Ensure proper tracking and data integration with Salesforce.com.
Skills necessary:
 
•    Experience driving end-to-end lead generation funnel in large volumes.
•    Good sense of measuring business results including lead flow, conversion rates, cost/lead, etc
•    Expert in using marketing automation software for lead scoring
•    Demonstrated leadership capability
•    Proven track record working closely with sales management
•    Strong project management skills
•    Analytical skills
•    Experience with Eloqua is highly desired
•    Strong communication skills, verbal and written
•    6-8 years experience in marketing minimum
•    Experience with technology marketing, software industry preferred
•    Experience in partner marketing or corporate marketing – an advantage
•    Open-source experience – an advantage
