Our client, a leading Public Account/Consulting Firm seeks B2B Marketing professional with a strong understanding of marketing and CRM database marketing principles. The ideal candidate has worked on B2B campaigns for professional services organizations and has effectively utilized databases to market (via e-mail, web, seminars, USPS, etc) to targeted and existing clients. Position will Develop, use, suggest, document and implement best practice guidelines in relation to the functional administration of the firm’s CRM system and email marketing platform. Person will also deal with Data quality, reporting, marketing, support and Web analytics.
Requirements:
5-7 years experience, college degree or equivalent experience in related field, understanding of the marketing concepts, needs and expectations in a professional services firm. exhibit strong ability to interact with partners, excellent customer service skills, a self starter with the ability to work independently and multi-task, a focus on continuous improvement and innovation, ability to identify and analyze issues, develop solutions and make sound decisions, ability to work in a changing environment, excellent verbal and writing skills, web experience, strong analytical skills, high competency in Microsoft Office, CRM/database technology, e-mail marketing, PowerPoint and Adobe Acrobat applications. knowledge of InterAction and Tikit preferred.
