Description

Responsible for the most complex and highest impact vendor relationships. Responsible for ensuring the bank receives the value we require for vendors we do business with. This position interacts with internal bank clients and the vendor to enforce compliance with contract terms, monitor performance and develop a relationship this is beneficial to both the bank and the vendor.



Responsible for managing a team of production managers that support various LOBs in ECS. Print production and Direct mail experience. Digital prepress, offset and digital printing and bindery. 10 years experience. Ability to work with peers and marketing partners/clients to resolve issues, identify opportunties and efficiencies. Able to manage high volume of work without compromising quality.

Prepare and monitor production timelines, cost estimates, purchase requisitions, vendor specifications and cost confirmations.

Will work closely with staff, Art Directors and Account Executives to review specs, obtain competitive bids, develop cost estimates and production schedules. Manage projects and vendors to ensure materials are produced to BAC quality standards while delivering on time and on budget. Maintain cost files in compliance with audit requirements. Must have thorough knowledge of prepress, print (digital, offset and web), paper and finishing. Must be organized, detail oriented and able to thrive in a fast paced, team environment.

Qualifications
Required Skills:

Print and Direct mail experience, knowledge of all printing methods. Must have thorough knowledge of prepress, print (digital, offset and web), paper and finishing.

MAC. PC word and excel knowledge.

Staff Management experience



Desired Skills:

3-5 years experience in managing a staff of 3 or more.
