Directs major communication programs, involving management of projects. Primary responsibility for leading and managing associate communications for Bank of America Merchant Services (that may consist of both alliance associates and parent company associates) accountable for the successful design, delivery, financial management, communication and/or administration of complex merchant wide communication programs. Communications may be in the form of electronics, print, face-to-face, video or writing. Also responsible for the programs design, production, and distribution. This role specifically will design and implement an internal communication program for Bank of America Merchant Services. Must be able to create the right message and deliver it to the right audience through the right channels at the right time. The ideal candidate will be a results-oriented self-starter with high personal and professional standards, experienced in all aspects of internal corporate communications. Experience supporting senior execs and high-profile initiatives is critical. Must be comfortable working in a highly-matrixed organization. 

• Bachelors degree in communications, marketing, public relations or related field. 5 plus years of experience within Corporate Communications with excellent writing and strategic thinking skills.
• Ability to work with senior level managers as well as front-line associates
• Ability to work effectively across multiple levels and types of management
• Project management skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities at once
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, collaboration and influencing skills, demonstrated leadership skills

• Advanced degree in communications or organization development.
• Green Belt/Black Belt certified
