SVP / Business Development Manager
Total Compensation: $100K - $130K
Reports to: President
Location: Fredericksburg, VA
Our client is a well established regional community bank that spans the Northern Virginia area. They are currently seeking a SVP/Manager for their Business Development team.
Candidates must have ten to twenty years experience in a sales/business development managerial role within a bank. Knowledge of the Northern Virginia market is also required. Incumbent will lead a team of seven to ten Business Development Officers focusing on consumer and commercial products within the bank. Incumbent will train, manage and mentor their team.
