Description

Cross functional marketing lead responsible for marketing message and strategy development. This position will:

- Work across all marketing channels and will be responsible for integration with specific channel program managers and processes.

- Provide leadership and direction for integrated marketing strategies

-Have oversight and approval of all marketing messaging and testing strategies throughout creative process.

- Close involvement and interaction with agency partners, business support partners and other marketing program mangers and marketing execution teams.

- Deliver against segment-specific goals; including product sales, customer behavior, customer retention and loyalty, customer satisfaction, associate confidence and/or information capture

-Present opportunities and results to Senior Management and key leaders of Bank of America through electronic communications and face-to-face meetings
 

Qualifications
Required Skills;



Minimum five (5) years of marketing experience, preferably in a financial services, real estate or relevant consumer-driven industry

-Experience developing marketing strategy and executing marketing plans and campaigns, with aggressive attainable timelines and goals

-Experience directly managing vendors (creative agency and/or data service provider)

-Good relationship development and negotiating skills; able to earn respect and trust among internal and external business partners, vendors and team members

-Ability to think strategically ("big picture"), but a willingness to "roll up your sleeves" and work through the tactics to ensure successful marketing plan execution

-Motivated team player with a positive, can-do attitude; must be comfortable with continuously changing opportunities and priorities

-Ability to work independently and solve complex business problems within cost/resource constraints

-Strong oral and written communication and presentation skills and professional demeanor

-Strong PC skills, including Powerpoint, Word, Excel, Visio, and Adobe Acrobat
