Director, Marketing Solutions, US Region In this role you will be responsible for managing all marketing activities for the MMS business unit. Duties will include establishing marketing and channel objectives, overseeing and/or creating effective marketing plans, planning channel and product positioning strategies, analyzing sales trends data, anticipating market requirements, developing, coordinating, and implementing strategic and tactical plans to support the products and channels and achieve target sales and margin goals. Additional responsibilities will include monitoring and managing the marketing budget, managing relationships with third party business partners, overseeing marketing strategy for new product enhancements & development, customer insight development, market intelligence and sales training for product messaging, and maintaining effective relationships with key opinion leaders, trade organizations, and customers.

To be successful in this position, you must possess:



  • BS/BA degree and have demonstrated track record of success.
  • Minimum of 10 years medical products management/marketing experience with a minimum of 5- to 8 years in marketing.
  • Strong leadership experience coupled with the ability to lead in a matrix organization.
  • Strong decision-making, analytical/financial and communication skills.
