VP of Marketing - Spine

We are a major manufacturer of Medical Devices- Spine Products. We are seeking a Vice President of Marketing who will be responsible for the overall direction of our products. This job will entail:

Developing the VISION of where our company should stake its future

Setting the marketing direction for medical products through the development and implementation of short and long-range marketing strategies designed to maximize overall sales and gross profit.

Leading the creation of strategic marketing plans for existing product categories and the investigation of new markets and product lines.

Supporting the acquisition investigative efforts as well as serving on due diligence teams to finalize acquisitions

Mentor our staff

We require at least 10-15 years of progressive experience in Medical Device Marketing with at least 7 of the most recent years in Spine Marketing.    We are looking for a high energy successful individual who HAS NOT  moved around alot in his/her career; has developed a vision and developed a bold strategic plan for his division; and carried forth the plan.  WE are looking for a candidate who can engender TRUST and gain RESPECT.  We shall be seeking references to answer these questions
