Lands End is a proud member of the Sears Holdings Corporation (NASDAQ: SHLD) family of companies.The Creative Manager of Social Commerce is responsible for partnering on concepting and ultimately executing the creative vision of landsend.com as a best-in-class online retailer. In this role, you will work hands-on and demonstrate your strong aesthetic and innovative strategies under the guidance of the Group Creative Director of Social Commerce. Key Accountabilities:You will leverage your creative and technical experience to provide innovative concepts while translating the vision of the GCD. You must be an innovative thinker and team player who inspires others and the customer. Along with strong creative sensibilities and impressive aesthetic, the Creative Manager will possess a solid technical grasp of social commerces role on the web - fully understanding the functionality, limitations and capabilities therein. In this very hands-on role, the Creative Manager will collaborate with cross functional partners to innovative ways to exploit the brand on the web and translate those ideas into recognizable growth opportunities.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Exhibits passion through communication and experience Demonstrated ability to concept, design, innovate and deliver a product to market on the web; experience delivering original concepts a must Project Management star, strong attention to details while maintaining deadlines Experience with web design, print and multi media - Mastery of Adobe creative suite - Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Dreamweaver Strong team player with ability to positively gain success through others Ability to listen, follow direction and execute ideas beyond expectations Drive for results - Great aesthetic Understands the Lands End brand Excellent cross-functional partner and proven relationship builderHelpful skills:ActionScript, Apple Final Cut, broadcast/video design, Flash, CSS, social media platform design, AfterEffectsIn addition to applying online, candidates must submit portfolio (preferably website or pdfs) of relevant work samples to jenna.stoltz@landsend.com.
