Our practice includes in-house capabilities in production, testing and measuring direct mail, DRTV, eCRM, print and direct collateral pieces.


We are searching for an exceptional Account Director or Account Supervisor, Healthcare, to join our team!



This position can either be an experienced Account Supervisor or up to Account Director.  The position requires experience with healthcare professionals including working on non-personal promotion projects with Medscape, ePocrates, or other 3rd party healthcare service providers. The Account Director is responsible for the overall client service and activities for offline and online marketing programs for one of our elite pharmaceutical accounts. This position deals primarily with senior management clients and takes a lead role in coordinating, managing and leading agency resources to meet the direct marketing communications needs of the account.



Skills and requirements:



  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required

  • 6 + yrs. relevant experience within an agency account management environment

  • HCP Digital experience required

  • Strong experience working with direct marketing initiatives and online email programs, including overseeing back-end creative development and operations

  • Pharmaceutical marketing experience needed

  • Healthcare professional marketing experience

  • Brand strategy development, testing, translation of strategy into creative strategy and execution

  • Solid verbal and written communication skills, with seasoned presentation skills at the highest client levels

  • Team player and team leader who is results-oriented, proactive and has a strong work ethic

  • High level of maturity and judgment to represent the agency and client in a polished, intelligent manner

  • Strong analytical skills with proven ability to integrate analytics into successful marketing actions

  • Excellent Interpersonal skills, with the proven ability to motivate staff,
    peers and clients
