Leading cosmetic company is looking for a Senior Brand Manager for Haircare. This position requires someone with a strong track record of results, leadership, and understanding of the marketing. The Sr. Brand Manager has strategic knowledge of the business, identifies growth opportunities for the brand globally, and the ways and means to achieve them. Responsibilities:-Develop overall vision and strategy for the business-Drive the brand by working with cross functional teams (Product Development, Package design engineering, Design, Creative, Purchasing, Manufacturing, finance) -Track the development of all product initiatives and ensure timely launch-Strategically analyze the brands strengths and opportunities vs. competition-Develop marketing strategy to address opportunities for growth-Drive the cross functional team in development and delivery of product innovation-Develop compelling and unique concepts based on consumer insights, understanding of gaps in market, and brand portfolio-Manage creative process: develop briefs, work with global on creative direction, and liaise with agency-Evaluate and direct creative and provide strong and constructive feedback-Lead development of activation concepts as well as 360° marketing program proposal Who we are looking for :
Qualifications:-Ability to lead Haircare for the North America Region-Beauty industry experience -Strong analytic communication skills-MBA preferred -A minimum of 5+ years of brand management experience including strategy and brand development, commercial marketing (activation, new product development/launches) as well as creative development and execution. -Experience energizing, providing direction and leading a large, experienced cross-functional haircare team through the development and execution of new product launches.
