Our client is an international leader in consumer goods. Job description :
The Manager of the Product Innovation Team will manage/develop new concept development project based on the consumer research in addition to pursuing the consumer insights platform and new breakthrough ideas. The Manager will also build core PM (Project Management) process / metrics / skills in the PIT (Product Innovation Team). Developing POV on various product issues in the perspective of product experts and additionally, reviewing/refining various guidelines to be developed by marketing strategy team is the responsibility of the Manager. The Manager will also manage/coordinate "new ideas" generated from NCD project related works in GMO and with GBM/regions (reports, meetings, etc.). Who we are looking for :
BA/MBA/Master ; Business administration(NPD, marketing) BA; Industrial Design Product strategy and management (at least 5 years) Global/multinational product management New concept development (Breakthrough or improvement ideas) Global Product development and new ideas generation experience required Good Interpersonal communication skill Microsoft office program (Word/Excel/PowerPoint) and some skills in Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator Whats on offer :
