JOB DESCRIPTION
The SSD Business Development (BD) Integration Lead, reports to the Director of BD Operations and is responsible for integrating all of Business Development operations and execution activities in support of the Business Development Vice President, BD Directors. Responsibilities include integration of BD campaign reporting, metrics, and major reviews. Additionally this position will lead division capture execution integration, tracking and supporting captures as they progress through the NGC Business Acquisition Process (BAP) and associated gates/milestones. The BD Integration Lead interfaces extensively with the NGAS sector Business Development staff, and will be required to become familiar with SSDs major new business captures and campaigns, as well as division operating plans, and long range strategies. This position will also provide leadership defining strategy and desired outcomes for executive customer visits and events as required. Position provides unique insight into the front-end of SSDs business development and strategy activities. Moderate travel required. Basic Qualifications: Bachelors degree or equivalent with min. 15 yrs related experience. Current SCI clearance; Proven ability to manage complex organizational operations; Direct, personal experience capturing new business. Familiarity with SSDs core products and capabilities Working knowledge of the NGC Business Acquisition Process. The following background is highly desirable: 1) Familiarity with the NGC Workbench application; 2) Technical background (3) Knowledge of DoD and NASA acquisition processes is also desirable.
