National Key Account Sales Manager


 


jWIN Electronics Corporation, a leading consumer electronics manufacturer is currently seeking an experienced industry professional to lead its sales and marketing team to the company’s next level of expansion and growth.


 


We are searching for aggressive “hunters” who wish to contribute to our dynamic growth and be part of a winning organization.


 


The right candidate will be responsible for managing a portfolio of Key Accounts, and the role requires an adaptable and structured individual capable of managing a busy personal sales schedule whilst inspiring and supporting the team. Dealing with buying-groups, wholesalers, distributors, and trade accounts as well as a number of cash and carry customers, you will need to be versatile in dealing with Head-Office relationships as well as branch-level contacts. You will need key-account or national-account management experience coupled with a team-management
background and a history of selling a consumer-electronics and/or IT peripheral accessory products through distribution channels, retail, b2b etc.


 


 The successful candidate will have 10+years of progressive leadership experience in the CE & IT, peripheral, accessory industry developing sales plans and program strategies for various channels of distribution in the world wide include USA, EU & Asia market.


 


Major responsibility will be to execute sales strategy that drives revenue growth across the jWIN & iLUV brands and strengthen our corporate image in the marketplace. Candidate must be experienced in aligning sales personnel, independent reps and distributors toward the company’s goals.


 





  • Must have proven track record designing and integrating corporate marketing strategies and brand positioning into areas of promotions, business planning and training new products.



  • Must have 10+ years in a direct sales, channel sales, B2B, B2C, Sales Management experience with CE products.



  • Must have the ability to work in a team environment, a willingness to be flexible.



  • Excellent verbal presentation skills and communication skills as well as quick follow-up with management & staff. 





  • Ability to develop, detail oriented follow up and support customers inquiry on time.



  • Establish and implement marketing and sales plans for IT Service markets.





  • Quick Power Point creativity skills a must, Microsoft Office





  • Must report to our Port Washington, NY HQ M-F from 8am-5pm




  • Attend annual CES, travel as needed




 


This position is based at Corporate Headquarters in Port Washington, New York.
