The Marketing Development Manager will be:Responsible for leading the development, coordination and execution of marketing initiatives for our brands. The candidate will assist in the development of marketing plans, contribute to the ideation and development of innovation projects and consumer centric marketing strategies. Candidate will also champion and lead the execution of all marketing activities and innovation projects thru best in class project management and collaboration with cross functional teams. Who we are looking for :
You will have experience in:1. Brand Strategy/Planning: Supports development and execution of strategic vision and plans2. Project Management: Develop plans and briefs for creative, digital marketing, merchandising, promotions and grassroots marketing projects, ensuring messaging and communication are consistent with brand strategy, and execute timely and flawlessly3. Innovation: Supports strategy and ideation and lead the day-to-day project management of new product development and optimization of existing products4. Budget Management: Supports development and leads day-to-day tracking5. Brand and Category Intelligence: Monitor brand performance, analyze sales & consumer data, trends and new product introductions. Interpret findings and identify areas of risk and/or opportunities critical for meeting business objectives6. Communications: Build relationships and champion the brand culture and values internally and externally7. Organization: Work closely with cross functional teams within the organization including sales, customer marketing, legal, operations, R&D, merchandising, event marketing, etc 8. Manage and coordinate outside creative, media, activation and promotional agencies and ensure they deliver assigned projects on time, on strategy and on budget Whats on offer :
