European owned company with manufacturing and US headquarters located in Charleston, SC seeks a Director, Marketing and Sales. Company manufactures and sells woven and nonwoven fabrics for geo, agri, soil erosion, filtration, separation, and drainage applications. Products are sold directly to end users such as large design/build firms, civil contractors, governmental agencies, and large real estate developers.

Successful candidate will have experience selling the category of customers mentioned directly above. Must have minimum of 5 years experience with a 4 year degree, preferably a technical degree.

Position reports to the President of US Operations. Direct reports include two regional sales managers, a market analyst, and two customer service representatives.

Responsibilities include developing strategies, managing pricing, advertising, trade shows, inventory control, etc.
