Product Manager

Actimize is currently seeking a dynamic individual with high energy and drive to join our team as a Product Manager for the Actimize Risk Case Manager.

Responsibilities

• Own and provide leadership on a key platform product that impacts all Actimize solutions.




• Develop and execute a near-term and long-term product roadmap




• Research Market Requirements and effectively communicate these to R&D and drive priorities to being addressed in a timely manner




• Independently prioritize product plans and other tasks based on robust situational analysis built on a foundation of product management expertise




• Drive resolution of escalated issues with optimal business outcome across multiple internal and external stakeholders




• Champion current product and future plans to internal and external audiences




• Support sales through presentations, demonstrations, and product subject matter expertise




• Manage embedded technology partnerships and ensure we are levering investments in this integrated offerings




• Provide expert second level support to delivery, training, and support teams




• Write product white papers and other marketing collateral

Qualifications

Must Have

• 5+ years of software product management experience




• Past involvement in new product development, innovation and launch




• Product Management experience of case management or other enterprise application products




• Ability to work flexibly and independently in high pace, dynamic environment




• Excellent problem solving ability in high pressure situations




• Excellent negotiation skills to resolve internal and external competing priorities




• Advanced knowledge of programming, database, and other technology concepts




• Excellent written and oral communication




• BS degree or higher

• Experience working with offshore development team




• Startup experience




• Experience in public speaking at customer events to a variety of technology and business user audiences




• Workflow management and business process management software




• Knowledge of web application design trends




• Application Wire-framing and prototyping experience




• Research techniques: Beta Programs, Market surveys, usability studies
