We are seeking a Director of Client Strategy who has deep expertise in demand generation and marketing automation and also possesses the “Consulting DNA” needed to leverage that expertise – resulting in the development of strategic services that will help our customers achieve breakthrough results.


 


 


 


The Director, Client Strategy will lead an elite team of consultants that will have a significant impact on the success of our customers.


 


 


 


This leader will be responsible for leveraging and expanding existing our best practices, embedding these in our methodology and tools, and helping to define and deliver a set of high-value service offerings that will benefit our customers.


 


 


 


Responsibilities


 





  • Establish best practices and methodologies that can be delivered as services for our customers to drive measurable benefits



  • Become an expert in Marketing Automation and our business applications, and apply this knowledge to our customer business needs to design high value services engagements



  • Work with clients to help them understand the value of strategic services to their business – help them define needs and potential solutions



  • Integrate strategic activities into a broader Customer Success management process



  • Demonstrate visible thought leadership within our community of customers and partners



  • Lead practice development initiatives through the definition of service offerings, best practices, methodologies, and other intellectual capital



  • Collaborate with our partners during the sales process and in delivering joint customer engagements




 


Skills/Experience


 





  • Bachelors Degree required, Advanced Degree strongly preferred



  • Expertise in key areas of demand generation and lead management, including lead scoring, lead nurturing, email marketing and campaign management.



  • Familiarity with Marketing and Sales processes, strong working knowledge of Marketing Automation solutions, and experience with leading CRM solutions



  • Excellent client management instincts and abilities, strong written and verbal communications, executive level presence and experience in facilitation



  • 3-5 years of experience delivering strategic consulting services, preferably for a top-tier management consulting or marketing services firm



  • 5-7 years of industry experience in a demand generation marketing role



  • Ability and willingness to travel 25 - 50%
