This company is a leading provider of physical rehabilitation program management services in hospitals, skilled nursing facilities and long-term care facilities. 

This Sales and Marketing Director of Performance Support will work out of the home office based anywhere in the Mid-West and travel 50%. This candidate must have Sales or Marketing experience and be clinically astute and have substantial credibility in the field as a program expert. Must be an Occupational Therapist, Physical Therapist, Speech Therapist, or Registered Nurse and have analytical and information technology savviness to ensure decision making is data driven. Must be Bachelors prepared.

Responsibilities include the following: Lead role in assuring sales and marketing development of annual strategic plans. Serve as divisions driver of the development of clinical programs to ensure best practice. Performance support providing ongoing analysis of and for census development. Develop site level plans and strategies to impact volume, census and referrals.
